Lady Skaya is wearing the clothes of her people, as she wore the cast-off skins of the dragons when she dwelt among them (and the maker doesn't have dragonscale clothes!)
A better depiction of Ayzh, plus two of her draclings - blue is Whispa, the pink is unnamed.
